My nana was a women that was very upfront she would tell it how it is and didn't care what people
thought, she was a hard women to get on with but we always seems to get on fine, we both have a
great love for cats, sadly i had not seen her in a few years before her death and now feel terrible
for not making the effort...

Few days before she died she called to tell us she was dying which she had done in the past for
attension and because of this we were unsure what to do about it, we living in glasgow many miles
away from her so my auntie from Newcastle was going to visit her so moved the visit forward a
little, the day my auntie went to see her she was very withdrawn and was seeing things thought my
2nd cousin was her sister who has died many years beforehand, she spoke to my auntie very little
then all of a sudden after light her cigarette she closed her eyes and then fell to the floor, my
cousins husband gave her mouth to mouth until the paramedics got there, after hearing that my
grandmother (my nana's daughter) with my uncle drove down to be at her bedside, she was still alive
but was told there was swelling in the brain and that she was brain dead, my grandmother and uncle
stayed with her all night until all of a sudden a tear formed in her eye and then she has a brain
haemorrage, she died on 6th of October 2003 Leaving:

1 Daughter
4 Grandsons & 3 Granddaughters
6 Great Grandsons & 7 Great Granddaughters
5 Great Great Grandsons & 2 Great Great Granddaughters

We miss you so much, seems like only yesterday you left our lifes and now we are unable to go to
blackpool in the same way again, i wish i had took the time to visit more and only hope you can
forgive me....
